Police in Argentina confirmed that Payne passed away after falling from the third story of the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires, resulting in "extremely serious injuries." The incident occurred shortly after 5 p.m. local time when hotel management contacted law enforcement to report that an "aggressive man" was "destroying the entire room." Despite police intervention, the injuries proved fatal.
